Did u find a fix i have the same problem.
my gf have ingame version 3538192
in my game its version 0
and when we try to invite each other its says Version mismatched.
We both downloaded it at the same time its the same rar file idk why it says 0 for me xD

    I writed solution already. Delete spacewar game on your steamlibrary and re-download (both you and - your gf)
