ZeiGames Community Rules

At ZeiGames, we want to give players as much freedom as possible while maintaining a friendly, organized, and enjoyable community. These rules exist to ensure a positive experience for everyone.

By registering on ZeiGames, you agree to follow these rules. Failure to comply may result in warnings, account restrictions, suspension, or permanent termination of your account at the discretion of the staff.

Account

• Each user may have only one account. Creating additional accounts is prohibited. Extra accounts will be closed, and repeated violations may result in all associated accounts being permanently banned.

• Usernames containing vulgar, offensive, abusive, or obscene language are prohibited.

• Usernames or profiles containing harassment, threats, discrimination, or hate speech based on religion, language, race, nationality, gender, or similar characteristics are strictly forbidden.

• Advertising through your username is not allowed. Violations may result in your username being changed and warning points being issued.

• Impersonating staff members, well-known individuals, brands, or using misleading usernames is prohibited.

• Profile pictures, cover photos, and avatars containing nudity, explicit content, or advertising are not permitted.

Signatures

• Signatures that violate the ZeiGames rules will be removed.

• Large images, animations, videos, GIFs, or excessive formatting that negatively impact page loading or readability are not allowed. Please avoid oversized text, excessive colors, flashing graphics, or distracting content.

• Excessive use of emojis or special characters in signatures is discouraged.

• You may include your personal website in your signature only with staff approval. Signatures that imitate ZeiGames or contain explicit, offensive, or inappropriate material will be removed without notice.

• Do not increase text size simply to make your signature stand out. Standard-sized text keeps the forums clean and consistent.

• The recommended maximum image height for signatures is 200 pixels.

Topics & Posts

• Thread titles and content must accurately reflect each other.

• Duplicate topics or repeated messages are prohibited.

• The same topic may only be posted once. Multiple submissions are considered spam.

• If a staff member locks a topic, do not create another thread to continue the same discussion.

• Intentionally posting threads in the wrong section is prohibited. If you cannot post in the appropriate section, you may post elsewhere and politely request that a moderator move it.

• Users who intentionally spread false or misleading malware or virus accusations may receive warnings or moderation actions. If you believe a file is malicious, provide clear evidence instead of making unsupported claims.

• When posting long blocks of code, please use both the code block and a spoiler tag to improve readability.

• Posting meaningless or low-effort replies solely to increase your post count is prohibited and may result in warnings or your post count being reset.

• Use descriptive thread titles. Titles such as "Help!", "Please look", "Error", or "Is this OK?" are not acceptable.

• Political, religious, racial, sexually explicit, or similarly controversial discussions are not permitted unless explicitly allowed by staff.

• Asking other users for reputation points is prohibited. Doing so may result in the removal of your reputation and temporary account restrictions.

• Spam replies such as "nice", "awesome", "thx", "eyw", random characters, or similar low-effort comments may be removed and can result in warning points.

• If you want to thank another member, please use the reputation system or send them a private message instead of posting unnecessary replies.

Download Section

• Submit files to the correct category.

• Before uploading, please check whether the same file or a newer version already exists on ZeiGames.

• File titles may include periods and special characters when appropriate.

• Provide accurate information about the file and its version whenever possible.

• Do not upload password-protected files or files containing advertisements or promotions for other websites.

• While your submission is awaiting approval, please do not repeatedly contact staff or report your own submission to speed up the review process.

General Rules

Enjoy your time, be respectful, make friends, and help create a welcoming community at ZeiGames.

If another user breaks the rules, do not engage in arguments or retaliate. Instead, use the Report feature and allow the moderation team to handle the situation.

If you experience any problems or have questions, please use the Support section or contact a member of the staff through a private message. We aim to respond as quickly as possible, usually within one business day.

These rules may be updated at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them periodically and stay informed of any changes.
