how does the game connect to the avatar creator, and the server list on version v15.01.2026? for the previous versions, they didnt have this

my game also doesn't load after it tries to load a world, it says booting server, then server (enabled), loading world but then it says failed to connect. is everyone's game like this too? how are you guys making it work do i open the game not connected to internet? any help pleasee

How do I change the name because it's kind of confusing when playing multiplayer? @DicDale

@NekoZillar u can change the name in the Launcher.bat
Right click
Edit
And change the name
set player name=put your name

How can i make Mods work? Ive posted them into AppData\Roaming\Hytale but they are not working.

@DicDale has this definitely been updated? I just downloaded the newest version from the link on the 1st page but this version and the version I downloaded yesterday afternoon both show in the map the current build as the following:

Early Access v2026.01.13-50e69c385?

Multiplayer and everything still works, when I launched the new one I had to make a new character, just wanting to check it is definitely the updated version?

Which link did you download it from? I checked and the version is correct.

Just did a bit of testing and it's the online fix that's reverting it back to the aformentioned version, if I don't add that it shows as Early Access v2026.01.15-c04fdfe10.

@DicDale I have been trying to play with a friend using hamachi, and he is hosting the server so for him everything works fine but for me I always get a timeot error when attempting to conect to the server plus the online opcion is deactivated in worlds, What do I have to do?

Same here.
Seems that I can't play solo.
Tried to install the online fix, but after I move and overwrite the files, it just gives me a (long) error window and crashes.
