Install vc redist 2008 and 2010 x86 and x64. Game path needed english chracters, check av progarm any file deleted or blocked.

all you say i have done already,but it still not work

but i copy a file "ubiorbitapi_r2.dll" ,it worked,please check it ,you may lose the file
