Hi everyone! hope not to be a bother, but I was just wondering when the request quota resets, i did some requests in April, but it's May now and the refresh hasn't gone through yet, or is it a month from the date i first made the request?

In this system, the quota is not reset on a calendar basis (on the 1st of each month). In other words, there is no “bulk reset at the beginning of the month”— each request is deducted from the quota individually after a certain period of time from the moment it is made.

After a members quota is filled:

They do not all return at once. Each request is deducted from the quota exactly 30 days after it was created, and that slot becomes available again.

Example: If a 5-request quota is filled on April 5, 12, 18, 25, and 30, then 1 slot is recovered on May 5, the 2nd slot on May 12, and so on.
