It says The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142), i didn't add online fix but downloaded from here, i checked win defender that it didn't accidentally remove a file and it didn't

Anybody else having trouble getting old saves to work on newest update?

EDIT: Pretty sure I'm cooked actually since I had account ID on 0. RIP
