The newest Version build is 21012137 (as per SteamDB) and there is at least 1 new DLC which is Frankenbahn: Stuttgart - Heilbronn (released as of yesterday)

Another thing, I just tried starting up the game and it freezes during loading. Apparently it's because the Paks folder inside Contents is missing a lot of files Unreal Engine 5 needs to run which forces the game to freeze.
