Why is there an option to download Language Packs when the normal installation already has the files SFBGS00D - Voices_de.ba2, SFBGS003 - Voices_de.ba2... Are that not the Language Packs?

i simply download each part plus language packs , extract and then move all the files to one central folder correct. (Download all zips -> extract all zips->move files from each extracted zip to one big folder-> play game)

idk if its just a me thing somehow, but part 2 always has Textures08.ba2 and Terrain01.ba2 corrupted, ive tried downloading it on vikingfile, filekeeper, and fileditch using ab download manager, and firefox's default browser download. ive also tried extracting it with 7zip, the default windows extractor (which only works on part 3 weirdly), and peazip, im unsure if theres something wrong with my setup or if part 2 just got broked somehow, im posting peazips report if that gives any relevant information.

i fixed it by downloading the rip from AnkerGames, then manually moving the DLC files over bc Anker says that it has dlc files but it doesnt and the dlc files from this rip work but not the base game lul, i even got wabbajackU to install a modpack on it and it didnt immediately CTD so im assuming its fine? shame i have to frankenstein different rips together tho
