The mod manager seems to work perfectly fine, so it's probably just incompatibility with the version of the game I'm running, or the lack of a "playset" as the paradox launcher puts it. I'll download the latest patch available from here and try to download the mods from the steam workshop using https://ggntw.com/steam

I'd advise anyone else trying to download mods to do the same thing.

I can't use the dlcs, I downloaded the 1.17.4. The dlc shows in the launcher, but not inside the game, please help

Pd: I dont have steam installed, I just downloaded the game files that were in the post.

Hey, I just downloaded the game to test it. I launched the game with the 'hoi4.exe' file and the DLC seem to be working perfectly. Try extracting the files again or redownload the game, because it's working just fine.

Hola, acabo de descargar el juego para comprobarlo, inicie el juego con el archivo "hoi4.exe" y los DLC parecen activados a la perfección. Vuelve a descomprimir los archivos o vuelve a descargar el juego, por que funciona a la perfeccion.
