***Try this location:

"%Username%\AppData\Roaming\Sega\YakuzaKiwami".

***You can also search your PC for "autosave0000.sav"

another way to access that is Windows key + R, write %appdata%(sc below of how it should look like) you should be in Roaming (if not click on the folder) then Sega then YakuzaKiwami.
