Dude, it keeps saying Steam must be running to play this game. Is there something wrong with the crack? won't launch via either the bladesoftime.exe or the Launcherx32.exe

Workin fine, i use Launcherx32 file.

It's ok now, I dunno what was wrong but what worked for me was a different .exe from Prophet. Game works now. Thanks! Is this an entirely different build from the old Limited Edition one?
