I must be doing something wrong here but I downloaded the two zip files and extracted them as normal but when I run it just loads a black screen and then I eventually get the windows toast saying that the program has stopped running. Would love to play this so if anyone has any advice I would love to hear it.

This day one version. Search just cause 4 on website and download other latest version.
