Hello,

I'm playing this right now. Had to get through Mass Effect 2 first. I don't see any of the DLC weapon pack stuff showing up. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, or there is something I'm not seeing, but they're not there. It's supposed to show up once you're on the Citadel in the Spectre terminal, but none of those guns are there. And it's should be a LOT of different gun.

I tested and re-uploaded again this game. All DLCs working fine.

Okay gotcha.

Does this mean I have to download the game all over again and do everything from scratch? Will my save file work? If so, will the DLCs appear on my save file, or do I just have to do it all again from scratch?

Okay....just confirming that things seem to be working now.

I deleted the entire game, and my Mass Effect 3 folder in the Bioware for that's located in the Documents folder. I only kept my save file, and this re-upload accepted it with the activated weapons DLC. Haven't gotten anywhere yet to see if all of the other DLC are working, but from what i can tell for now, everything is fine.
