How to Install rFactor 2

1. No Installation Needed: The game is pre-installed. Just download and extract.

2. Extract: Right-click the .zip or .rar file and select "Extract Here" or "Extract to folder".

3. Installation Instructions(If you don't have Java on your computer download and install https://www.java.com/en/download/ie_manual.jsp?locale=en) :

   1. After downloading unzip the file to a convenient place that does not contain Cyrillic letters on the path.

   2. Folder “rFactor2-DLC-Installer” move to the desktop.

   3. Switch the keyboard input to English.

   4. In the unpacked game go to the folder Bin64 and click - “Run Config.bat” will appear in the window to configure the video card. Configure and click “ok”.

   5. Go to the unpacked game folder “Launcher”. Create a shortcut on the desktop - “Launch rFactor.exe”

   6. Launch the game from the shortcut on the desktop. A greeting should appear, and a suggestion to write your name. Write it and exit the game.

   7. Go to the folder “rFactor2-DLC-Installer” on your desktop and click on the icon “rFactor2-DLC-Installer.jar”

   8. Choose one DLC you like to check(WARNING! Total size is over 60GB).

   9. Click “Download”. The program will ask for permission to access the Internet - click “yes”

   10. After downloading specify the path to the folder unpacked game(As an example:F:\rFactor 2) You will have your own path))) Click “install”

   11. Go to the game, should appear DLC and if all Ok, enjoy.

   12. If not, repeat the 7-10 point. Not always works immediately access to the Internet.

   13. If everything is very sad go to the desktop in the folder “rFactor2-DLC-Installer” Path:C:\Users\Your name\Desktop\rFactor2-DLC-Installer\resources\steam\steamapps\workshop\content\365960.

   14. Copy the files from the number folders in the game directory to the “Packages” folder.

   15. The game itself has a built-in installer. Also in the main directory there is “ModMgr.exe”.
