After the +3 event quota ended, the amount of requests I had stored went to 0.

I had 5 when the event started, used 3 as to not lose the points given.

But as the event ended, the remaining 2 I had saved went to zero.

You start using your own request quota allowance, and when it runs out you use the +3 request quota allowance.

In other words, the request quota allowance you weren't using and were trying to save was actually a bonus request allowance.

Had I knew how the points were actually used during the event, I wouldn't have used any, as I like to keep some requests saved for when a game I like releases.
