The Sims Medieval brings the familiar Sims experience into a completely different setting: the Middle Ages. Instead of focusing on a single family, you get to build and manage your own kingdom, taking control of heroes such as kings, knights, blacksmiths, physicians and wizards.

Your heroes have their own jobs, skills and personalities, and what you choose to do with them can change the way your kingdom develops. You can take on quests, craft weapons, arrange royal weddings, defend your kingdom from enemies or simply explore the world and see what happens.

How to Install The Sims Medieval

  1. No Installation Needed: The game is pre-installed. Just download and extract.

  2. Extract: Right-click the .zip or .rar file and select "Extract Here" or "Extract to folder".

  3. Move the game files here C:/Games/The Sims Medieval Ultimate Edition/

  4. Run The_Sims_Medieval.reg file.

  5. If you want to different location, open all .reg files and change the path ""C:\\Games\\The Sims Medieval"" to ""E:\\Sims\\The Sims Medieval""

  6. Run: Find \The Sims Medieval Pirates and Nobles\Game\Bin\SimsMedievalLauncher.exe or \The Sims Medieval\Game\Bin\SimsMedievalLauncher.exe inside the folder and run it.

Game Data & Settings

  • Change Language: Open The_Sims_Medieval.reg file and change this "Locale"="en-US", apply .reg file again.
