Download the Online Fix file and copy the files in the folder where the Euro Truck Simulator 2 is installed.

Sign in to your Steam account.
Start the bin\win_x64\eurotrucks2.exe inside the game folder.
To invite your friends, you must be friends on steam.
If the in-game invite button doesn't work, invite them to play "Spacewar" using the Steam interface.
If you are new to the game, you can play online from the convoy section after completing your first job.
Do not use the Save to Steam Cloud option when creating a new profile.
