It's in the root directory of the game you downloaded; you can find it using the search bar in the top-right corner. If it's not there, it means you haven't extracted the files yet; to do so, extract them and replace all the files.

i downloaded the updated online fix ( it was working just fine before doing that ) and now my game doesn't recognize my controller anymore, i also tried to readd the game in the steam library and redo my controller assignments and still nothing and i dont want to have to reinstall the game

as far as im aware theres no fix controller issues

i cant play with the online fix

Missing game files.

i extracted all of them correctly. i downloaded the game twice aswell.

I get this when I try to run the fh6_loader.exe also the same with the game itslef

Then from the online fix I paste again the OnlineFix64.dll file, and then it gives me an error code of:
....OnlineFix64.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try reinstalling the program using the original installation media, or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status: 0xc0e90007.
then the onlinefix64.dll get's deleted again, I tried to update video card driver checked for updtes, but everything is up to date, so the dll file might be corrupt, then I tried to download again the online fix rar.

This error mean: onlinefix files blocked or deleted your av program. Configure your av program re-download and apply again onlinefix.
